Think Family Vacation Rentals at Bethpage and experience the best of both, the great outdoors and all the amenities of home. Located on lovely Riverbirch Lane, at Bethpage, each Family Vacation Rental is meticulously checked out to make sure that everything is just right for your stay, from checking the batteries in the TV remote to making sure the pasta server is in the kitchen drawer. Each model has cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans, lots of windows and a warm inviting feeling. There are 3 bedroom models, 2 bedroom models, and a 1 bedroom model. The two bedroom 1&1/2 bath park model has a queen size bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a full size bed and a half bath. There is even a full size sofa bed that brings the total number of guests that the 2 bedroom vacation rental can accommodate to 6. The three bedroom park model has a queen size bed in the master bedroom and a full size bed in the second bedroom and a full size sleeper sofa also. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds for the younger campers in your family enabling 8 guests to vacation comfortably.

All Vacation Rentals have a fully equipped eat- in kitchen, Color TV with cable, high speed internet connection and central heat and air conditioning. With a spacious deck, picnic table and chairs - bring a grill and you can expand your party outside to fully enjoy the warm days and evening breezes in "Rivah" country. There are even full-hookup campsites right next to the rentals so everyone can vacation the way they want to, camping or renting, and still be together. The only things you need to bring are your linens, pillows, sheets, and towels. Though we want you to make yourselves at home, we prohibit smoking and pets in the vacation rentals.

All rates plus tax, and based on one family of four (2 adults, 2 children) with a maximum occupancy allowed of 4 people (1 bedroom), 6 people (2 bedroom), or 8 people (3 bedroom).

Check-In

CHECK-IN after 4:00 PM, CHECK-OUT before 11:00 AM. No early arrivals please, extra charge for late check-out if available. Two Night and Three Night Minimum required for Special Events & Certain Weekends.

Reservations

Reservations require a deposit of one night's rental fee (two night's for four or more nights, two night's for premium weekends) payable at the time of reservations. Rates do not include tax. Vacation Rentals require a $200.00 cash security deposit paid at the time of check in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received a minimum of 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded the deposit less a $20.00 administrative fee. Cancellations received less than 60 days to arrival will forfeit the deposit. NO REFUNDS for early departure, inclement weather, or changing to a lesser priced vacation rental.

Pets

NO PETS ALLOWED in rental cottages.

Guests and Visitors

All guests, additional family members and friends are requested to register at the guardhouse or office upon arrival. A visitor is anyone who is not registered with the original party. All fees are payable upon registration. We allow a maximum of eight persons and two cars per campsite including visitors. We reserve the right to limit the number of persons occupying and / or visiting a site. The visitor fees are $6.00 per person (4 years and older) per day off-season and $12.00 per person (4 years and older) per day in-season

Rates do not include any applicable tax. All rates and activities subject to change without notice. Entrance to the resort constitutes permission for personnel of Bethpage Camp-Resort to photograph anyone while on premises and to use resulting photographs for marketing without compensation or permission of the individual(s).
