All sites based on one family of four, (2 adults, 2 children), full hook-up*

Premium Weekends May 25-27, June 29-July 7, August 31-September 2 and November 1-3. Minimum stays required.

Seasonal Rates available upon request. All rates plus tax.

ALL SITES ARE FULL HOOK-UPS WITH 50/30/20 AMP SERVICE* *Except Oyster Festival

Check-In
2 p.m. is check-in, 12 noon is checkout. If available, early arrival and/or late departure requires a half day rate charge. Please make arrangements with the office before your arrival.

Express Check-In
All premium weekends are Express Check-In ONLY. The express check-in is your fast lane to fun. When you arrive at the Resort you will be taken directly to your campsite.

Reservations
Advance reservations are suggested. A reservation guarantees a site, but not a specific site. We will do our best to accommodate site requests when possible. Three-night minimum on premium weekends. Two-night minimum Oyster Festival weekend. We require a deposit equal to one night's camping fee to reserve a site (two night's for four or more nights, three night's for premium weekends). Rates do not include tax. No reservations will be held without a deposit.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require a 14-day (30-day on premium weekends) notice prior to reserved date of arrival. Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less a $20 administrative fee. Cancellation received less than 14 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Additional Charges
Boat Launch (non-campers) $10.00, RV or Boat Storage $20.00 per week, $60.00 per month. RV left on site (not hooked up) $10.00 per day, RV left on site with utilities $16.00 per day. Sewage Dumping Service (non-campers) $25.00.

Pets
Pets are welcome! Domestic feline and canine pets are welcome at the resorts. All other pets must be approved prior to arrival. Owners must keep their pets under control at all times, and pick up after them. Pets are not permitted in rental cottages.

Golf Carts
A limited number of Golf Cart Rentals are available on a first- come, first- serve basis. Sunday - Thursday rate is $44.95 per 24 hours. Friday - Saturday and holiday rate is $49.95 per 24 hours. Golf carts can only be rented to licensed adult drivers, 18 years of age or older. Anyone operating a golf cart must at least 16 years of age and have a valid driver license. Golf carts cannot be reserved in advance. Handicap golf cart reservations must be pre-paid with no refund for cancellation. Other restrictions may apply. Private golf carts must be the property of the reservation holder. Guests who bring golf carts onto the campground must provide proof of current $100,000 golf cart liability insurance, and pay the daily fee of $15, or $150 for a season pass, and comply with resort guidelines.

Guests and Visitors
All guests, additional family members and friends are requested to register at the guardhouse or office upon arrival. A visitor is anyone who is not registered with the original party. All fees are payable upon registration. We allow a maximum of eight persons and two cars per campsite including visitors. We reserve the right to limit the number of persons occupying and / or visiting a site. The visitor fees are $6.00 per person (4 years and older) per day off-season and $12.00 per person (4 years and older) per day in-season.

Tent and Vans
We are sorry, our permit does not allow us to accept ground tents or vans without water and electrical hook-ups.

Entrance to the resort constitutes permission for personnel of Bethpage Camp-Resort to photograph anyone while on premises and to use resulting photographs for marketing without compensation or permission of the individual(s).

2012 VACATION RENTAL COTTAGE RATES
All rates plus tax, and based on one family of four (2 adults, 2 children) with a maximum occupancy allowed of 4 people (1 bedroom), 6 people (2 bedroom), or 8 people (3 bedroom).

Check-In

CHECK-IN after 4:00 PM, CHECK-OUT before 11:00 AM. No early arrivals please, extra charge for late check-out if available. Two Night and Three Night Minimum required for Special Events & Certain Weekends.

Reservations

Reservations require a deposit of one night's rental fee (two night's for four or more nights, two night's for premium weekends) payable at the time of reservations. Rates do not include tax. Vacation Rentals require a $200.00 cash security deposit paid at the time of check in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received a minimum of 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded the deposit less a $20.00 administrative fee. Cancellations received less than 60 days to arrival will forfeit the deposit. NO REFUNDS for early departure, inclement weather, or changing to a lesser priced vacation rental.

Pets

NO PETS ALLOWED in rental cottages.
